Tempeh Vegetable and Curry Patties
1 cake tempeh steamed 10 minutes and crumbled into small pieces
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup soy milk (or dairy)
1/4 to 1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt
1 carrot thinly sliced
1 medium onion diced
Mix ingredients to a soft sticky mixture.
Shape patties on a board with a knife or spatula and
shallow fry 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
