Sorghum and Peanuts

2 cups cooked sorghum
1 cup peanuts (raw or roasted)
2 tbsp oil
salt & pepper to taste
½ cup of stock

Sauté sorghum in oil, stirring to separate grains.
Lower heat, add stock and peanuts, and seasoning to taste.
Cover tightly and simmer for 20 minutes.
