Savoury Tofu Loaf/Burgers

1 large onion chopped
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 sticks celery chopped
450 g tofu mashed
100g oatmeal or rolled oats
3 tomatoes chopped
3 tbsp shoyu or tamari
dash of tabasco or ½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp basil chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Sauté the onion and garlic.
Add celery and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix .
Press the mixture into a loaf tin cover with foil and bake at 180 C for 60 minutes.
Turn onto a dish and garnish with slices of tomato and sprigs of parsley.
This mixture can also be made into tofu burgers by rolling in oatmeal or breadcrumbs and frying or grilling.
