Chickpea Couscous

½ cup vegetable stock
1 medium red onion
3 medium green peppers
3 medium raw potatoes sliced
¾ cup chickpeas
¼ cup raisins
2 cups zucchini sliced
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin seed
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 medium glove garlic crushed
½ tsp paprika
¼ cup white wine
275g couscous uncooked

Sauté onions and peppers in broth.
Add the remaining ingredients (except the couscous) and simmer for 35 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the couscous according to instructions above.
Let the vegetables stand for 10 minutes and serve over the couscous.
