Buckwheat Pilaf

2 cups buckwheat groats
25g butter or margarine
1 chopped onion
freshly chopped parsley
salt and pepper
2 cups water

Cook onion and spices in the butter and mix in the groats.
Add water and bring to the boil.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Before serving, fluff with a fork and sprinkle with salt and parsley.
