Flax Oil - Protein Mixture
20 measures of skim milk yoghurt
2-3 measures of flax oil
Mix till the oil is no longer visible
For those with dairy allergies, use tofu adding onions or garlic to enrich the tofu with sulphur.
Use the mix as a base for meals, e.g. chop, slice, or blend spring onions, parsley, carrots, garlic, green and red peppers and;
Add chopped cucumbers and fresh mint leaves;
Add to potatoes;
Make a mayonnaise-like dressing by adding vinegar, lemon or tamari for a more liquid mixture, or mustard, cayenne, paprika, or horseradish for some heat, or different herbs or herb salt.
