Tahini Yoghurt Dip

3-4 cloves garlic peeled and chopped
¾ cup tahini paste
1 cup natural yoghurt
3 tbsp chopped parsley
¼ cup lemon juice
salt & ground pepper to taste

Combine garlic and tahini in a food processor or blender.
Add lemon juice and yoghurt alternatively a little at a time.
Add parsley, salt and pepper.
Blend until mixture is smooth and creamy.
