Roasted Wakame Condiment
55g pumpkin seeds
Heat oven to 375 F/190 C and roast the wakame on a tray until crisp.
Grind to a fine powder.
Dry roast the pumpkin seeds in a frying pan until they release a nutty fragrance, stirring constantly.
Add the pumpkin seeds to the wakame and grind together
until the seeds are semi-crushed.
