Fig Balls

dried figs
pineapple juice
a few raw almonds

In a blender, blend figs until into a paste.
Add pineapple juice if necessary.
Ideally make 1 cup of paste.
Ground or process almonds, decide the amount according to how crunchy or almondy you want the mixture to be (about 1/8 cup).
Mix together, roll into balls and serve.
Or, further roll in carob powder or dried coconut.
