Carob brownies

2/3 cup wholewheat flour
2 tbsp carob powder
1½ tsp baking powder
1-1½ tsp stevia powder (according to taste)
¼ tsp salt
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup water
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ cup fine coconut
½ cup nuts
½ cup carob chips (or chipped carob buttons)

Preheat oven to 160C.
Combine the flour carob powder, baking powder, stevia and salt.
Stir in the oil, water, eggs and vanilla, then fold in the remaining ingredients.
Pour into a greased 8x8 inch baking tin.
Bake 20 minutes.
Cut into bars when cool.
