Gluten-Free Mixed Herb Carrot Muffins

2 cups rice flour
Grated carrot, parsley, garlic, pumpkin
Mixed herbs
1 egg or egg substitute
1 cup goats milk (powdered and made up)
2 tbsp flax seed oil
2 heaped tsp gluten free baking powder

Mix all together and put into greased muffin trays.
Bake 20 minutes at 200C.
Can add linseeds or sprinkle with sesame seeds etc.
