Italian Greens

1/4 cup olive oil
6 large garlic cloves minced
12 to 14 large silverbeet leaves and stalks coarsely chopped

Heat oil, sauté garlic till golden.
Remove garlic and reserve.
Add greens and sauté till tender.
Season.
Just before serving sprinkle garlic over the top.
