Miso & Onion Sauce
1 onion chopped
a few cloves of garlic
herbs and spices (basil, oregano, chilli, sage, pepper - whatever you like)
½ cup water
Fry onion and a few cloves of garlic in olive oil. Add some herbs and spices. Add ½ cup water. Simmer for a few minutes, take off the heat and add a tablespoon of miso (more or less) and stir until mixed in.
