Gluten-Free, Dairy free, Sugar free Bread
½ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup walnuts.
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 cup potato flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup olive oil
¼ tsp Vitamin C powder (optional)
Grind pumpkin seeds and walnuts, then add to flour.
Bring ¾ cup of water and 2 tbsp linseed to the boil, add to the banana mix.
Add this to the flour and nuts.
Mix and put in a lined loaf tin and bake for 35 minutes at 180 C.
